Returns Policy
- All items, unless specifically mentioned, are refundable. There is a 2 days' return policy and couriers should reach back to us within that time in Delhi. As per other cities the courier should reach us within 7 days.
- Any item that you want to return, should not be used or damaged.
- All items purchased on www.cinnamonstitch.in can be returned within 2 days of delivery. There will be a credit NOTE of that product amount given to you in the form of a code.
- Note:- Any outfit that is tailormade is customised as per the clients request , once sold can neither be exchanged or refunded. it can only be altered.
- Please send us email immediately after receiving your parcel regarding returns at cinnamonstitchwebteam@gmail.com.
- Please make sure that the return is by a reliable and well packaged courier service, for any damage in transit. The cost of the return will be taken care by the customer. Please send all returned items to1361,sector 37, Faridabad 121003
- Once we have received the package the product(s) will be checked for whether it has been returned within 2 days or if it has been used or damaged during return delivery.
